- BSF/BSR cannot do 16 bit AM in our model, because they only set the lower 16 bits...

- BSF/BSR cannot do 16 bit AM in our model, because they only set the lower 16 bits of the destination register then.
- Rename gen_unop_dest() to gen_unop_AM().
