- More changed:
  we have to move ALL Followers to Leaders which gets hit
  on both sides of the race, regardless on which side the node stay ...
  (really ?)
- factor out follower_to_leader()
- check_list() added
- add always to the end of double-linked lists
- add more assertions
- do not handle follower -> leader for Phi nodes on the cprop list
  (why this is needed ?)
