bearch: Disallow passing Projs to get_irn_ops().

This is an obstack implementation adapted from the glibc one. It should work on
all ANSI C89 compliant environments.

We think of this as an independent library. Please try to keep this independent
of other libfirm calls. (So no xmalloc, panic, etc.)
